When you fill out this Service Request Form make sure you enter your serial number. Then be sure to Print a copy to include with your gun when shipping. We appreciate your pushing the Submit Service Request button at the bottom of this page to give us a heads-up before your gun arrives so we can return it to you as quickly as possible.
